Characteristics of Gestational Trophoblastic Disease at Indonesian National Referral Hospitals: A Literature Review

Gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) is a pregnancy disorder due to an abnormality of the placenta, such as enlargement chorionic villi. The spectrum GTD may range from benign malignant. Characteristics gestational have been discussed in literature. This study characteristics that resulted previous studies and relationship those disease. results this revealed there were five national referral hospitals Indonesia which clinical their report on disease, namely age, marital number parity, patients educational level, husband job, haemoglobin levels, region origin, ethnicity, cases, complaints, intervals, β-hCG history, length stay, treatment duration, histopathology finding, staging/scoring, metastases, treatment, complications, contraceptives. Out 25 has analyzed, 16 studied determine relationships while other 9 only analyzed descriptively.
